Trump加冕还有多远怎么解读trump这一些系列看似很随意但是很疯狂的政策？其实和他第一届的思路并没有什么不同，加税、退朋友圈、开呛盟友领导人；但是前事不忘、后事之师-第二届川普通过提前清洗大量独立官员、党员，下行下效的忠诚度和执行效率明显提高了数倍，危害也随之放大。直话直说：特朗普的Arbitrary任意政策带来的影响是双重的。一方面，资本集团为了在政策波动中获利，会积极寻求与政府建立密切关系，实现套利行为。因为政策的不确定性为这些资本集团提供了巨大的投机空间，使得权力与资本间迅速形成一种利益交换的隐形网络。比如，一周前Trump宣布会对加拿大加税后，加币对美元汇率第一时间迅速波动。另一方面，正常经营的企业由于难以预测政策变化，不得不承担额外的风险和损失。这些企业为了避免被市场竞争边缘化，也被迫加入权力寻租的行列，会尝试通过建立政府关系来保护自身利益。中国的企业家，听着熟悉吗？为什么7点的新闻联播、内参和日人民报永远戒不掉？这两种行为的叠加，实际上加剧了政府权力，尤其是国家领导人个人与私人利益集团的权力扩张。这个情况在特朗普第一届任期就已经非常明显。通过频繁的关税调整与对外政策变动，他强化了对资本市场和企业的政策控制力，使权力结构逐渐偏向于少数利益集团，弱化了民主制度下应有的权力制衡机制。第一届川普已经深知总统权力的边界；回归后的川普极力扩张此权力，首先发布几百个行政令让州、联邦法官手忙脚乱（可能是试图拉起$trump的尝试），同时精简委员会DOGE/Musk积极吸引火力，再对外加税和威胁加税。目前为止，我还没有看见民主党能组织任何有效的限制，甚至，毫无准备。川普承诺“小政府”，其实是釜底抽薪，裁剪他个人认为不重要的基础部门，换言之，所谓精简了联邦机构，加上以上所述的“任意政策”，更多的权利将顺利集于他一人、亲密小圈子和身边的利益集团。跳过程序正义、更高效的政策下达，得利的是美国人民吗？短期节省的联邦资金将会造成多少长远的影响？这种情况在非民主国家并不罕见，拉美的寡头经济，俄罗斯围绕普京一人的裙带政治经济，中国的赵家权贵金融圈、泥偶般的中央常委，都揭示着，和大多数人想象的不同，建立在剥削国民身上的强权政治，其实是可以成功并可持续的：只要外部的敌人够多；不够，可以自己制造。川普加冕，或许并不是个梦。谁也不会想到，有如此成熟的民主机制的美国，居然在今天拿一个权力狂总统毫无办法。
