If the Full Moon doesn't lead to a pump, there's a higher probability of a subsequent dip during the New Moon. If the New Moon doesn't bring a dip, there's a higher probability of a subsequent pump during the Full Moon. If the Full Moon brings a dip and the New Moon brings a pump, it's likely due to external news or macroeconomic factors. In this case, the indicator loses all its predictive value in the short term.
