同样是美元，中国给其他国家的企业贷款，并不附带政治条件，就被说成“掠夺性放贷”；美国给其他国家的企业放贷，还要附带政治条件，却被包装成“助推企业成长”。。。难不成中国的美元到了大洋彼岸还能长出两只手去抢不成？？世人皆知：资本无国界，然而偏见却有国籍。。。 It is the same US dollar, yet when China loans it to enterprises in other countries without attaching political conditions, it is denounced as "predatory lending"... Conversely, when the US loans it to enterprises in other countries, even with political conditions attached, it is packaged as "promoting enterprise growth"... Could it be that the dollars provided by China magically sprout a pair of hands once they cross the ocean, enabling them to simply snatch things away?? The world acknowledges that capital is borderless, but prejudice, alas, has nationality...
