Ambassador Alexander Yui, together with TECRO Deputy Representatives Andrea Yi-Shan Yang and Johnson Sen Chiang, held a welcome dinner on January 21 at Twin Oaks for R.O.C. Legislative Yuan Speaker Han Kuo-Yu and the Taiwan delegation attending the U.S. presidential inauguration ceremony. Invited guests included leaders of the Chinese and Taiwanese American communities as well as Damon Wilson, President of the National Endowment for Democracy（NED), Bonnie Glaser, Director of the Indo-Pacific Program at GMF, and other distinguished think tank scholars. Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commissioner Dr. Eugenia Henry and Ms. Mayfong Tsay delivered welcoming remarks on behalf of the expatriate community.
