#JFImage #季風影像 獨立紀錄片放映《沒有電影的電影節》 2014年8月，第10屆北京獨立影像展被有關當局強行禁止。期間許多參展的嘉賓、觀眾、志願者記錄下許多現場的影像資料，這些影像資料之後被收集保存了起來，並剪輯為此片，以作為此事件的一個記錄。 北京獨立影像展是中國國內非常稀有而且重要的民間獨立電影展映平台。近年來國內的民間影展相繼被關閉，直到這個影展被關閉後，已有的民間影展的平台悉數消失。這一領域似乎回到了十幾年前的境況。不論從什麼角度講，這都是一個顯著的倒退，因此有必要被記錄下來。 此片屬於北京獨立影像展，屬於所有參與的機構、參展者、志願者、觀眾、聲援者，也屬於將其強行關閉的「有關部門」。 In August 2014, the 10th Beijing Independent Film Festival was forcibly shut down by the authorities. During this time, many participating guests, audience members, and volunteers recorded numerous images and footage from the scene. These visual materials were later collected, preserved, and edited into this film as a record of the event. The Beijing Independent Film Festival was an extremely rare and important platform for independent cinema in China. In recent years, various civil film festivals in China have been shut down one after another. After this festival was closed, all existing civil film festival platforms disappeared. The field seemed to return to the situation it was in over a decade ago. From any perspective, this represents a significant regression, which is why it needs to be documented.
