11月4日,据央视消息，广东省深圳市中级人民法院一审公开宣判白家犯罪集团案。对白所成、白应苍、杨立强、胡小姜、陈广益5名被告人判处死刑;对李福寿、李志德2名被告人判处死刑,缓期二年执行;对郭建政、潘宪等5名被告人判处无期徒刑;对李龙华、罗文鼎等9名被告人判处二十年至三年不等有期徒刑,并相应判处罚金、没收财产、驱逐出境等附加刑。
